About Us

Kastania Organics now makes this unique private reserve rare, robust and exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil available to a limited number of connoisseurs. The unique taste is derived from the altitude of over 950 meters above sea level and the early harvest in late November or early December. We pick our olives just before the first frost to prevent damage to our precious Koroneiki olives we press for our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
