Kastania Organics Wild Mountain Spices

When the local blossoms bloom in the late spring and summer, the local shepherds know where the best herbs and spices can be harvested. As they guide their grazing animals around and up the mountain their burlap bags slowly fill with the sweet smell of chamomile, tsai, oregano, bay, mint and other highly prized wild mountain treasures. We employ the local shepherds to find the best the mountain has to offer. We carefully select the best for import and processing in our plant.
